First Tuesday of the Month at 6:30 PM
November 5th- Topic: Baking with Honey
Each member is asked to bring some honey to share for taste testing. The club recently purchased a refractometer that is available for members to check out. At the November meeting, the group will learn how to use the refractor and about baking with honey. Prior to the November meeting, the club will meet at 4:30 for a workday to get a spot ready at the Extension Office to place a hive in the spring. Pizza will be provided for those who help with the workday.
December 3rd - Topic: Splitting Hives
The annual Christmas party will be on December 3rd. Members will have a share session to share their tips and tricks on splitting hives. Pizza will be provided, but members are asked to bring a dessert to share.
